In my travels, whether in Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, or Georgia, I was exposed to many cooking styles and cultures. The best meals all conveyed the authenticity and heart of the people that prepared it.

Authentic food and fellowship seem to be the universal language of love.

Lucky Eye Q is a dream born from the comfort of a warm fire, the aroma of the smoke pit, and the sound of laughter and love around a moist brisket and a smoky rack of ribs.  

Sharing that experience with friends, family and neighbors creates an opportunity to bring people together and strengthen communities.
